Welcome to TapePlay! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TapePlay website and services (“Services”), operated by TapePlay (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
TapePlay provides video production services that combine AI-generated scripts, human editing, stock footage, music, voiceover, and optional AI-generated visuals. Two packages are available:

To deliver your video, we require you to:
Timely delivery (1–3 business days) begins once all required materials are submitted.
Each package includes one round of revisions, covering changes to visuals, music, or voiceover tone. Script changes are limited to the content provided in the questionnaire. Major script rewrites or additional revisions may incur extra charges.
You retain ownership of your logo and brand content. TapePlay retains the right to use completed videos (with identifying information removed if requested) for promotional purposes. Completed videos are delivered in MP4 format and are licensed to you for commercial use.
Because of the creative nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has begun. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us during your revision window.
Completed videos will be sent via email with a secure download link. Delivery occurs within 1–3 business days after we receive both your completed questionnaire and logo file. The delivery window does not begin at the time of purchase, but only once all required materials have been submitted.
TapePlay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the video or the website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
